Guidelines in place to ensure proper expectations and understanding

By ordering services from Dream Home Shots, the client agrees to the following Service Agreement for video, photo, and all media needs. We have these guides line place to ensure a smooth and efficient service is completed by us as Dream Home Shots and received by you as the client.

Appointment Requests

• To ensure the best results of the appointment, please make sure the property is ready prior to the scheduled appointment.

• By confirming your appointment, you agree to the readiness expectations and policy: you agree that the home will be ready to photograph and film on the scheduled date and time you selected. This includes working with the seller and/or builder to ensure the home is photo/video ready prior to our arrival.

• While Dream Home Shots strive to honor the requested time, we do reserve the right to change your time to accommodate our travel schedules.

• For liability purposes, Dream Home Shots does not handle any of the prep for the readiness of the property, including but not limited to, cleaning or moving of furniture.

• Dream Home Shots does not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee, even if we arrive at the appointment and the property is not ready.

• By confirming your appointment, you agree to Dream Home Shots cancellation/reschedule policy.

• Although we do not charge for a rescheduling fee due to weather related circumstances, it is at the client’s discretion if they would prefer to reschedule the set appointment due to weather related circumstances. (Note: We cannot provide aerial/drone services while it is raining/moisture in the air or during hazardous wind conditions.

• If the client would like to reschedule due to weather related conditions, we ask the client to reschedule within 24 hours before the appointment.

• Turnaround time for video is typically 48 hours.

• Turnaround time for photos is next-day delivery by end of the business day.

• Next-day video rush delivery is available at a fee of $100.

• At Dream Home Shots, our services are nonrefundable. We pride ourselves on producing the best media possible at all levels. If you are unhappy with your media, please contact our office directly at 207-337-9591.

• Dream Home Shots covers a service area of Rockingham County, Strafford County, York County, and Southern Cumberland County. In the case Dream Home Shots is needed to travel outside of our service area, there will be an additional travel fee for any miles outside the service area. (Note: This includes travel to and from the location). This fee covers Dream Home Shots time and operational cost. See our online booking platform to determine your travel cost based on your property location. All milage outside the state of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts will require a custom travel quote.

• Dream Home Shots utilizes the properties square footage to determine pricing. If the square footage in the order does not accurately reflect the square footage of the location, or more square footage is requested to shoot during the appointment, Dream Home Shots reserves the right to adjust the invoice.

• Dream Home Shots property-highlight-videos typically follow a format of drone footage combined with property footage, with royalty free music. If another format is needed, the client must provide specific requirements or details in the “comments” section when booking an appointment with Dream Home Shots.

• Any additional edits to video or photo orders before or after Dream Home Shots has finalized it may require additional work for Dream Home Shots and will be subject to later than normal turnaround times.

• Per US Copyright Law, Dream Home Shots is the copyright holder of any image/media produced by our team. This copyright is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Please contact us for licensing questions.

• Only the party who paid for our services has the usage rights for the Dream Home Shots created media for any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission.

• Full payment is due upon delivery of media at time of download. We do require payment for media to be unlocked in the delivery page to allow for download.

• Payments overdue past a month are subject to an additional $100/month.

• In the event the bill goes without payment for more than four weeks, your brokerage office will be contacted and informed of the outstanding balance to a vendor.

• Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Dream Home Shots shall be the exclusive property of Dream Home Shots.

• Dream Home Shots reserves the right to use video and photos for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.

• All photos, samples, videos, and proofs remain the exclusive property of Dream Home Shots unless waived by amendment to this agreement. Unauthorized use of photographs/video is a copyright violation and will result in the termination of this contract.

• Dream Home Shots makes every effort to maintain the privacy of your property owner’s neighbors. All footage is focused on the property being filmed and Dream Home Shots will do best to respect the privacy of anyone not directly involved.
